How is PMDD Diagnosed?
The TWO most vital procedures any doctor will do prior to diagnosing you is:

A complete physical & pelvic exam, as well as a thorough search on the patient's medical history records.

A full mental health evaluation (Based on the past several weeks)
While patients' symptoms may vary, at least 5 of the following of those symptoms MUST be present in order to be eligible for diagnosis:
Depressed Mood
Concentration Issues
Anger/Irritability
Lack of interest in once enjoyable activities
Insomnia
Feeling Overwhelmed
Bloating, Tenderness, and Headaches
Increased Appetite
